Use of State Vehicles and Equipment for Union Related Business

Policy Employees are not permitted to use state vehicles for any union related business unless such vehicles have been personally assigned to individual employees, in which case the employee must log the mileage as personal use.
Other Equipment and Supplies Unless expressly allowed by the collective bargaining agreement(s), facsimiles, e-mail, copiers, postage, letterhead, and other equipment and supplies that are used by the state to conduct its business are not to be used by the union to conduct union business.
