7-6-1.10
Identification Badges

Policy DCF employees shall be provided with identification badges for security reasons and official identification.
Information on Badge Badges shall include the following information:
  • the official state emblem
  • central office address
  • badge number
  • worker’s photograph, name, job, title, and signature.
Change in Information New badges shall be issued to reflect any changes in the above information.
Upon Leaving Employment When a worker leaves DCF employment, the worker shall turn in his/her identification badge to the Human Resources Division.

The badge number shall not be reactivated.
