Identification Badges
| Policy |
DCF employees shall be provided with identification badges
for security reasons and official identification. |
| Information on Badge |
Badges shall include the following information:
- the official state emblem
- central office address
- badge number
- workers photograph, name, job, title, and signature.

| Change in Information |
New badges shall be issued to reflect any changes in the
above information. |
| Upon Leaving Employment |
When a worker leaves DCF employment, the worker shall turn in
his/her identification badge to the Human Resources Division. The badge number shall not
be reactivated. |
