Scheduling a License Hearing
| Policy |
A License Hearing must be scheduled within thirty (30)
calendar days after the letter requesting a hearing is received by the Administrative
Hearings Unit. |
| Date, Time and Place of Hearing |
The Administrative Hearings Unit shall set a date, time and
place for the hearing which, to the extent possible, is convenient to all participants. |
| Postponement of Hearing |
A hearing may be postponed
•by the Administrative Hearings Unit for good cause with reasonable notice
•at the request of the attorney, applicant or licensee, or department staff
members for good reason such as, but not limited to the following:
-unavoidable absence of necessary participants
-additional time needed to prepare for the hearing.
