Records of Hearings
| Policy |
The Administrative Hearings Unit shall maintain records of
hearings and any hearing requests. |
| Tape Recordings |
The proceedings of the entire hearing shall be audio taped
and the tapes kept in a confidential manner by the Administrative Hearings Unit. |
| Types of Records |
Types of records which must be maintained include:
- a record of any informal resolution prior to a hearing
- an audio tape recording of the hearing
- notation or copies of all motions and rulings
- copies of notices of the hearing
- decision
- other related correspondence and information.
