Records of Hearings

Policy The Administrative Hearings Unit shall maintain records of hearings and any hearing requests.
Tape Recordings The proceedings of the entire hearing shall be audio taped and the tapes kept in a confidential manner by the Administrative Hearings Unit.
Types of Records Types of records which must be maintained include:
  • a record of any informal resolution prior to a hearing
  • an audio tape recording of the hearing
  • notation or copies of all motions and rulings
  • copies of notices of the hearing
  • decision
  • other related correspondence and information.
