Corrective Action Plan and Conclusion of the Case Review

Corrective Action Plan When a corrective action plan is needed, the Regional Administrator or Superintendent shall submit a plan to the appropriate Bureau Chief within thirty (30) days following the receipt of the SRU report.

The Bureau Chief shall forward a copy of the plan to the Commissioner for final approval.

The approved plan shall be forwarded to the SRU, to be attached to the case review report.
SRU Case Closing The SRU internal case review shall be complete upon the receipt of the approved corrective action plan.
