If you are a Connecticut resident who paid qualifying property tax on your PRIMARY RESIDENCE AND/OR MOTOR VEHICLE, you may use this calculator to compute your Property Tax Credit. Use the information from this calculator to complete the property tax schedule on the reverse side of your Connecticut Form CT-1040 or Form CT-1040EZ. Your credit may be denied if you do not complete the entire schedule.
